We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. All fees are set in line with the NDIS Price Guide, and we'll send you a personalised quote before any services begin — so you always know exactly what to expect. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you.

  • Occupational Therapy: $193.99 per hour

    Travel: $96.99 per hour + $0.99 per km

    Charged only when applicable, for in-home and community visits. Telehealth option available.

  • Quote will include:

    • Assessment sessions ($193.99 rate per hour)
      Recommended 2 sessions of 1.5 hrs each — in your home, school, community or via telehealth.

    • Report writing
      Varies depending on complexity of needs and supports required.

    • Standardised assessment administration and interpretation
      Analysis and scoring of standardised tools used during assessment.

    • Travel ($96.99 rate per hour +$0.99 per km)
      Charged only when applicable, for in-person sessions - Please see travel dropdown for more information.

    Travel Disclaimer

    Please note that travel time and costs are charged in accordance with the following conditions:

    • If this client is the only client seen on the day, or the last client of the day, full travel will be charged to the plan.

    • If the client is seen alongside other clients on the same day, travel will be proportionally shared and a reduced travel charge will apply.

    • Travel charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will reflect the actual travel requirements for each visit.

    Travel fees are determined by MMM (Modified Monash Model) classification in line with the NDIS Price Guide.
